As one of dance music’s most engaging personalities, DJ Harvey was a no-brainer for the RA Exchange series. An early Ministry of Sound resident, Harvey honed his skills in the UK before finding himself exiled in the United States for many years. With his visa issues finally sorted out in 2010, Harvey has toured the world and more than lived up to his mythic status. He has also finally put his name to some original productions as Locussolus after earning a reputation as a master of the cheeky edit on the Black Cock label. This month, International Feel will release his debut album. We caught up with Harvey in Los Angeles in May for a lively conversation.
